..We believe that by taking care of the little things, we can help make a big difference… Fair Trade Policy - eMores are constantly striving to ensure that we uphold and work within the boundaries of fair trade. As we develop as a company and look to increase our infrastructure, we are doing so with fair trade issues at the forefront of our minds. We will not settle for maximising profit and ignoring what we believe to be essential factors: • All of our suppliers, wherever they are geographically located will be paid at least the local minimum wage. • We actively encourage the use of resources and production methods which are environmentally sustainable and appropriate to the region. • We will promote the use of designs and traditional creative techniques which reflect the heritage of the local region. • Establish long-term trading relationships with our producer groups to help alleviate some of the uncertainties of production. • Encourage our producers to improve the quality of their products and provide additional finance to this end. • Contribute to product development and thus increase producer's trade with other customers. Environmental Policy - We wish to work sustainably and aim to examine and limit the ecological impact of eMores at home and overseas. Where possible we try to maintain the use of eco-friendly materials - but we are always learning, so if you have any advice or suggestions as to how we can improve, please don't hesitate in contacting us!
